Speak Out – What is this about?
Speaking out anonymously discloses information individuals suspect, witness, or observe in the form of corruption or any wrongdoing being committed in or by an organisation. The information provided will be investigated further by the parties involved, providing solutions to ensure that the integrity of the Amandla Omoya Trust and the well-being of the communities are protected.
Don’t be afraid!
Many people do not report corruption because of the following factors:
- Fear of the consequences;
- The belief that nothing will be done about it;
- Uncertainty about how, where, and whom to report.
The Trust will do everything in its power to protect individuals from unfair treatment, including retaliation, discrimination, or disadvantage, prevents people from stepping forward to report wrongdoing. Be assured that the information you provide the Trust with will be treated confidentially.
